Deliberative dialogue programs bring together policy makers and other stakeholders with members of the public to deliberate on national policy issues.
Deliberative dialogue sessions provide policy makers with a deep understanding of people’s views and the values underlying them, allowing participants to discuss and develop their own views in the process. The two-way nature of the process means both policy maker and participants benefit, strengthening democracy and policy as a result.
